Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and successful completion of construction projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Communicate project status and updates to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders
- Participate in the selection and management of project team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Working Conditions:
The Project Manager role may involve a combination of office-based and on-site work, with the potential for occasional travel to project locations. The successful candidate must be able to work in various weather conditions and adhere to strict safety protocols.
