Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inserter Operator to operate high-speed mail inserting equipment in a production-driven environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality throughout the mail production process.
Schedule:
Mon–Fri | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Flexible up to 12-hour shifts as needed
Saturday availability required
What You’ll Do:
Operate high-speed mail inserters
Perform routine maintenance and minimize downtime
Follow work orders and quality audits
Track production using internal systems
Maintain clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
Experience operating inserting machines
Knowledge of mail and print processes
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
Detail-oriented and dependable
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
⭐ 10+ years of inserter experience preferred
