LHH is partnering with a client that is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong focus on high-volume onboarding to join the growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for a high volume of new hires across multiple departments and locations.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, I-9 verification, and new hire paperwork.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for new employees, answering questions and providing guidance during the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, IT, and facilities to ensure all onboarding logistics are completed on time.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements.
- Support general HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance initiatives.
- Assist with continuous improvement of onboarding processes and employee experience initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role, with a focus on onboarding.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume onboarding processes efficiently and accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

- Compensation: $60-75,000 annually
