Job Description
Full-time CNC Programmer OR Machinist 
Preference: Employee from small-medium size shop - know process of metal fabrication from start to finish. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Program multi-axis CNC mills using Mastercam </li>
<li>Optimize tool paths for efficiency and precision</li>
<li>Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&amp;T</li>
<li>Collaborate with machinists and engineers to ensure accurate part production</li>
<li>Assist in setup instructions and documentation for repeatability</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and revise programs as needed</li>
<li>Must be open to set-up and run machine if needed (10%)</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2-5+ years of experience in CNC programming (5-axis preferred)</li>
<li>Proficient with Mastercam (must) </li>
<li>Strong understanding of machining practices and cutting tools (must)</li>
<li>Understanding of GD&amp;T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) (must)</li>
<li>Ability to work from 3D models and technical drawings (must) </li>
<li>Comfortable with working with tight tolerances (must)</li>
<li>Familiarity with AS9100D/ISO9100 (nice) </li>
<li>Degree/certificate (nice) </li>
<li>CMMC/cybersecurity (nice) </li>
