The role: We're seeking a Marketing Manager who thrives on turning strategic vision into systematic execution. You'll bridge the gap between our team's creative energy and the operational excellence needed to scale our marketing efforts. This role requires someone who can build processes while maintaining the collaborative spirit that drives our success.


McGuire Sponsel fosters a dynamic culture that emphasizes training and professional development. No prior knowledge of the specialty tax industry is required, but preference will be given to those who come to us with industry experience. Candidates will develop and grow their skillset by working closely with the firms shareholders, technical practice line leaders, and experienced sales professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Architecture: Design and implement marketing systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures that enable consistent, scalable execution
  • Execution Leadership: Drive marketing initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables reach market
  • Team Development: Manage and mentor two marketing coordinators, providing structure and accountability while supporting their growth
  • Strategic Implementation: Translate high-level marketing strategy into actionable plans with clear timelines and measurable outcomes
  • Quality Assurance: Establish checkpoints and review processes that maintain our high standards while accelerating delivery speed

Reporting Structure:
Reports to CMO and manages Digital Marketing Specialist and Marketing Coordinator


What you will need:

  • A completed bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Prior experience within a B2B sales/marketing function
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing or leadership role; experience in a professional services environment is desirable
  • No prior experience with tax credits is necessary but is a bonus
  • Ability to execute with consistency and strong strategic planning
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong professionalism and decorum at all times
  • Experienced in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Hubspot is strongly preferred
  • Experience in Adobe, Photoshop, and Canva required
  • A valid United States drivers license and reliable transportation
