Key Responsibilities:

Develop media strategies for integrated advertising campaigns

Manage campaigns from planning to optimization

Create media recommendations, POVs, and competitive analysis

Analyze performance metrics to exceed client KPIs

Build relationships with media vendors and share industry updates

Present recommendations and insights to clients

Collaborate with teams to integrate media reporting and create data visualizations
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years in media planning/buying
-
2+ years in digital media. (Paid social, paid search)

Experience managing $1MM+ annual campaign budgets
-
Skilled in multi-channel campaign planning and execution
-
Expert in digital campaign management, optimization, and reporting
-
Strong data analysis skills for improving ROI
-
Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and media research tools (e.g., Resonate, MRI, SQAD)
-
Excellent communication, organization, and project management
-
Bonus: Understanding how AI can influence media buying and plannning
