Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker at our facility located in Troy, MI. We have 12 openings across the facility.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and tracking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
