Title: Administrative Support/Project Information Specialist (Audio-Visual Management)

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Job Description:
The Admin Support/Project Information Specialist provides support for approximately 50-60 events a year, including internal agency meetings in a total of seven (7) conference rooms.
Typical duties include:
- Create and implement organizational or administrative management policies and procedures
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Manage project report library
- Perform administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and/or security
- Provide training and technical assistance to staff
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events such as microphone and monitor connectivity, presentations or visual material access
- Perform physical room set-up of furniture in addition to refreshment stations, set-up of Audio Visual and teleconferencing equipment in support of guests, events, and meetings for all conference rooms and the training center as required.
- Create and edit audio-visual content such as presentations and videos
- Set up conference, board, or training rooms
- Manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Identify and resolve complex problems
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information management, and/or related Certifications.
Experience Requirements:
- 7 years of administrative management or relevant work experience
- Proficient in the use of commercial software packages and databases, such as MicrosoftOutlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to innovative and quality customer service
- Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes
- Proficient in the use of a variety of IT programs, databases, and computerized systems
