We are seeking skilled Technical Assemblers to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble components for satellite systems, work with small parts and tools, and contribute to high‑precision manufacturing in a clean‑room environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on assembly experience who are ready to take the next step in their technical career.
What You’ll Do
- Work as part of a production team to assemble satellite system components.
- Sort and place materials or items on tables, racks, or bins.
- Perform manual assembly of satellite sub‑assemblies.
- Use hand tools, measuring devices, and test equipment.
- Clean assembled parts and package them in protective bags or boxes.
- Pack, seal, and move boxes as needed.
- Pick up, move, and sort small parts with precision.
- Use small tools and jigs to manipulate parts during assembly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience (no entry‑level applicants).
- Proficiency in assembly, blueprint reading, and wiring.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and interpreting blueprints or sheet metal layouts.
- High aptitude for working with small electronics, including soldering small electrical components or mechanical equipment.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certificate in a related field.
- Experience in the space, aerospace, or aeronautical industry.
- Prior experience assembling small electronic or mechanical components.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
