Join our dynamic team as a Therapist + Bus Aide, and help individuals on the autism spectrum develop essential life skills, communication abilities, and positive behaviors.


This role is perfect for paraprofessionals, behavior technicians, special education aides, PCAs/DSPs, or anyone passionate about supporting individuals with autism.

Competitive Pay:

  • $17.50/hour starting (without RBT credential).
  • $18.50+/hour starting (with RBT credential).

Your Work Schedule

  • Four-day workweek: MondayFriday with a consistent weekday off.
  • Hours: Guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week, with an average of 3538 hours.
  • Flexibility: Daily schedules range from 9 to 9.5 hours, depending on lunch breaks and bus schedules.

What Youll Need

  • Availability to work MondayFriday.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required).
  • Commitment to obtaining RBT certification (we cover all costs!).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to pass a clear background check and TB test.
