Cusick, Chapter 13 TrusteeChapter 13 is a bankruptcy proceeding which allows individuals with regular income or small proprietary businesses to propose a plan of reorganization to pay all or a portion of their debts.&nbsp; When an individual or small business files for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, a trustee is assigned to their case. The office of David P. Cusick is responsible for administering Chapter 13 cases filed in the Eastern District of California.&nbsp; Responsibilities&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Processing documents related to the input of a Chapter 13 case</li>
<li>Process documents related to the input of Chapter 13 creditor claims</li>
<li>Maintain Microsoft Planner Board&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform various other clerical tasks</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma/GED</li>
<li>Previous experience as data entry clerk or similar clerical position</li>
<li>Skilled in Microsoft Word, Teams, Planner Board, Excel and Outlook</li>
<li>Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks</li>
</ul>
