About the Role
As a caregiver in our 1-Year-Old Room, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the early experiences of our youngest learners. This position is perfect for someone who loves working with toddlers and is excited to support their growth and development through play, exploration, and learning.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, diaper changes, and nap times.
- Foster a warm and welcoming environment where children feel loved and supported.
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to care.

- Have a genuine love for working with children and a patient, caring demeanor.
- Are reliable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Are eager to learn and grow in their role, even if they don’t have prior experience (no experience required!).
