Job DescriptionRobert Half is seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our client on a contract to permanent basis in Vancouver, Washington. In this role, you will oversee vital financial processes and ensure accurate record-keeping for the organization. This hybrid position offers flexibility, with remote work available one day per week.
Responsibilities: • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and organized financial records. • Utilize QuickBooks Online to process transactions and maintain accounts. • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable operations efficiently. • Perform bank reconciliations to verify financial accuracy. • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance and timeliness. • Collaborate with team members to address financial inquiries and resolve discrepancies. • Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.• Proven experience in bookkeeping, with strong attention to detail. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with accounting software. • Knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. • Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations. • Experience in payroll management and related functions. • Strong organizational and communication skills.
