Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan School Psychologist Licensure
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Experience working in K-12 settings
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and administrators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
Location:
- Fort Gratiot, MI
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive special education evaluations and assessments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement appropriate interventions.
- Provide consultation services to teachers and staff regarding student needs and support strategies.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
- Offer training and professional development to staff on psychological best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, reports, and services provided.
