Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license with eligibility to practice in Iowa
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an ER setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications; TNCC and PALS highly preferred
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage, assess, and treat patients experiencing emergency medical conditions
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to execute patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Provide compassionate and family-centered care while upholding safety and best practices
- Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as needed
