Four Seasons Landscape and Design, a well-established company with over 35 years in the industry, is seeking Equipment Operators to join our dedicated crews. You will work on high-end residential landscape projects involving hardscape installation, planting, water features., rock walls, etc. Our projects typically span weeks to months and require skilled operation of machinery such as excavators, loaders, and compactors. We pride ourselves on a supportive work environment and competitive pay, with the added bonus of providing lunch every Friday.

Pay scale $28.00/hr plus depending on experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscape equipment including excavators, loaders, and compactors
• Grading. Install water features and rock walls, etc.
• Coordinate tasks on job sites
• Perform installation of plants, sod, sprinkler systems, lighting, and hardscapes
• Work effectively with dedicated crews on medium-term projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in landscape equipment operation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong teamwork and time management skills
• Proven ability to operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently
