Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for our organization. This role requires exceptional technical accounting expertise and the ability to drive key financial processes, including consolidations and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will excel in financial modeling and possess strong analytical capabilities to support corporate decision-making.

Responsibilities:
• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage corporate consolidations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Utilize Adaptive Insights to enhance financial planning and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
• Provide technical accounting expertise to address complex financial scenarios.
• Monitor and improve internal financial controls and processes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and corporate financial management.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning tools.
• Expertise in technical accounting and corporate consolidations.
• Solid understanding of month-end close processes and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Effective communication skills to present financial insights to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
