We are seeking a motivated and dependable Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This role involves hands-on electrical work in both service and construction environments, including troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance. The ideal candidate has solid field experience, a strong work ethic, and is ready to take on more responsibility as part of a growing team.

Requirements:
Electrical Work & Field Support:
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial projects.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in a safe and efficient manner.
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical codes and safety regulations.
Project Support:
- Work closely with lead electricians and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
- Assist with material takeoffs and ordering supplies as needed.
Teamwork & Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with team members, apprentices, and contractors on job sites.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and coworkers.
- Mentor apprentices and share knowledge to help develop their skills.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
- 3+ years of relevant field experience.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in both residential and commercial environments.
- Interest or experience in mentoring apprentices.
- Familiarity with basic project scheduling.
