Nurse Practitioner Requirements
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing with specializations in Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Practice
- Current licensure as both a NP or FNP
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in both mental health and primary care settings
- Strong clinical skills in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment across both specializations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health and psychiatric evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for both primary care and mental health
- Provide follow-up care and manage chronic conditions and mental health disorders
- Lead therapy groups and educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in leadership and triage meetings
- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in both family practice and psychiatric care
Pay: $115,000- $150,000.00
Schedule: FT (M-F)
