We’re looking for a Commercial Loan Servicer who’s ready to dive into the world of loan files, insurance tracking, and compliance monitoring — all while delivering top-notch service to our members. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse making sure our lending operations run like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage loan files post-booking, including title clearance and final title policy orders.
- Administer servicing activities such as construction draws, insurance claims, rate changes, and paid loan file processing.
- Oversee insurance tracking, verify coverage, and process escrowed premiums.
- Monitor property taxes, pay escrowed obligations, and address delinquencies.
- Track commercial loan covenants and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Prepare accurate payoff quotes, including prepayment penalties and collateral releases.
- Manage UCC filings and tracking to maintain lien perfection.
- Collect and process participation payments and complete required reporting.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting tasks.
- Serve as a resource for members, resolving discrepancies and answering questions.
- Maintain accurate procedures and documentation for all responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of related experience in loan servicing or a similar field.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, basic math, and multitasking.
- A helpful, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to accuracy.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves frequent sitting, talking, and listening, with occasional walking, standing, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs). Visual requirements include close and distance vision, as well as depth perception.
