Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (CFY) welcome
- Experience or enthusiasm for working in early childhood/elementary school settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with conducting group and individual therapy in a school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services to Pre-K through 2nd grade students
- Participate in Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings as a valuable member of the educational team
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student communication outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Create engaging therapy activities tailored to young learners’ needs and developmental levels
