Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (CFY) welcome
  • Experience or enthusiasm for working in early childhood/elementary school settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with conducting group and individual therapy in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language services to Pre-K through 2nd grade students
  • Participate in Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings as a valuable member of the educational team
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student communication outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
  • Create engaging therapy activities tailored to young learners’ needs and developmental levels
