Job Description Skilled Welder/Fabricator – Day & Swing Shifts Available- Spokane Valley , WA

Location: Spokane Valley, Washington

Monday -Thursday

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Welder/Fabricators to join our dynamic team in Spokane Valley. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating stacking equipment for lumber mills using hard wire and flux core welding techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople who take pride in precision work and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble stacking equipment for lumber mills.
• Perform welding using hard wire and flux core (.045 wire) on mild steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Cut, fit, and fabricate steel components to specified dimensions.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of welding and fitting experience.
• Proficiency in MIG welding using .035 and .045 wire.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience with flux core welding and working with mild steel.
• Solid understanding of fabrication techniques and safety protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
