Our services cover Continental United States and Canada, primarily focused on high valued freight. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our logistics operations. This position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with clients and internal teams.
Fluency in Russian is required due to frequent communication with Russian - speaking team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to confirm orders, resolve issues, and provide timely update
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional service
- Monitor shipment status and coordinate delivery information with internal teams
- Assist with data entry and documentation in logistics systems
- Follow up with drivers and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries
- Support dispatchers and office staff with customer-related tasks
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (logistics or transportation preferred)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics software is a plus
