We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support our Accounting and Finance team. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth purchasing and accounts payable processes.
Our company specializes in advanced burn-in test technology for electronic components, including semiconductors, processors, and circuit boards. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a technology-driven environment while working closely with finance leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic document records accurately
- Upload receipts and financial documentation into internal systems
- Verify packing slips against received goods for accuracy
- Review invoices for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Match invoices with purchase orders (POs) and vouchers
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in invoices and documentation
- Follow established procedures for document management and recordkeeping
- Support the Director of Accounting and Finance with daily tasks
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Previous administrative or office support experience
- Ability to review and verify financial documents with precision
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with document scanning and electronic filing systems
- Basic understanding of accounts payable processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn new systems and follow structured procedures
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
