Tool & Die Maker (Progressive Dies) – 2nd Shift (Confidential)

Location: Red Lion, PA (on-site)

Pay: $26/hr + 10% additional hourly pay for 2nd shift (~$28.60/hr)

Benefits: 100% Employer-paid health insurance for employee + family

Term: Full-time

A manufacturing company in Red Lion, PA is hiring a Tool & Die Maker to support progressive dies on 2nd shift. This is a hands-on role focused on die maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in a production stamping environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair progressive stamping dies
Read and interpret prints and blueprints
Use standard toolroom equipment (mills, lathes, surface grinders, EDM as applicable)
Support die adjustments and production needs

Requirements

Tool & die / toolroom experience with progressive dies
Sheet metal stamping background preferred
Able to work independently on 2nd shift
