Graphic Designer & Shop Support – Creative + Hands-On Role!
Pay: $18–$20/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: Part‐time to Full‐time (as workload increases)
Do you love being creative and staying active? We're looking for a Graphic Designer who’s just as comfortable designing on a computer as they are working in a shop environment. If you enjoy variety, movement, and bringing designs to life, this is the perfect role for you!
✨ What You’ll Do
- Create and prepare label designs using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Work daily in the shop supporting production
- Load machines, change rolls, and stencil products
- Apply printed labels to metal products
- Lift and move materials/items up to 50 pounds
- Assist with CNC machine operations (training provided!)
- Capture photos, create simple graphics, and support social media content
✔️ What You Bring
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- A creative mindset and solid computer skills
- Comfortable working on your feet and in a shop environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to learn CNC machine processes
- Bonus: Experience with social media posting or content creation
