Pay: $35k-$55k + Commission DOE

FULLY IN OFFICE

POSITION: Property Management Scheduling Specialist


Our Property Management Division is seeking assistance to help identify qualified employees to fulfill our clients' staffing requests. The Scheduling Specialist communicates with clients on a daily basis to discuss staffing needs in the Washington, D.C Metropolitan area.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work daily with NVT’s property management team to determine staffing needs and projections.
  • Effectively communicate with candidates by phone to evaluate qualifications for clients staffing requests.
  • Take client’s staffing requests and enter immediately into NVT’s database.
  • Properly document notes into NVT’s database in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and internal team members on a daily basis to provide updates and feedback.
  • Ability to help problem solve and provide case by case solutions.
  • Return client and/or candidate phone messages or emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and maintain client and candidate’s profile information for accuracy in database.
  • Answer incoming calls in a kind, courteous and professional manner while following company’s policies and procedures.
  • Take messages on an as needed basis. Messages include full name, telephone number, date, time and company if applicable.
  • Meet and greet candidates.


SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 1 year recruiting experience (preferred)
  • Must be comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities and deliver on-time in a dynamic environment.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, organizational skills and able to multitask with limited supervision.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Must be internet and computer savvy.
  • Strong desire to succeed and thrive in a small business environment.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, organizational skills and able to multitask with limited supervision.
  • Must be a team player
