Job Title: Strategist III – Digital Experience (12-Month Contract, Hybrid)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: Hybrid – Cupertino, CA or Austin, TX

Pay Range: $60-$63 per hour on W2

About the Role:

The client is seeking a Strategist III to join a leading technology company’s digital experience team, focusing on creating and optimizing best-in-class e-commerce and mobile app experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strategy, data analysis, storytelling, and program management skills to enhance digital customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user behavior and trends from both quantitative and qualitative data to identify actionable opportunities for improving digital experiences.
  • Develop and implement app growth and marketing strategies to increase user awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Conduct industry benchmarking and research to identify innovative ideas and opportunities.
  • Represent the business and customer experience perspective in planning new app features and initiatives.
  • Create strategic briefs and visually compelling presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Track program performance, report on metrics, and create business cases for new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Merchandising to support project delivery.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; comfortable operating amidst ambiguity.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; proficiency in Keynote or similar presentation tools.
  • Strong analytical abilities; able to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority and work with global teams.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a balance of creative and analytical thinking.

Desired Experience:

  • 4+ years in a strategy, customer experience, or digital experience role.
  • Experience in e-commerce, B2C retail, or technology-focused digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Analytics, advanced Excel).
  • Demonstrated experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior executives.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
