Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time position with guaranteed hours on a schedule from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional patient care in a state-of-the-art facility recognized for its high standards in quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient health status, delivering timely interventions as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, prevention strategies, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards established by governing bodies.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in North Carolina or ability to obtain a license.
- Previous nursing experience preferred, particularly in hospital or acute care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are desirable.
