Shipping & Documentation Coordinator – Chestnut Ridge, NY (On-Site)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM | Full-Time | Contract to Hire
Salary Range: $23-$25 an hour
Our client is hiring a detail-oriented Shipping & Documentation Coordinator to join our team in Chestnut Ridge, NY. This is a computer-intensive role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone highly organized and eager to learn. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

Pack and box orders for both domestic and international shipments

Prepare shipments using our ERP system

Verify shipment data accuracy between sales orders and UPS Worldship

Generate and confirm export and domestic documentation

File EEI export entries via the ACE portal

Collaborate with the Order Management team on export processes and special requests

Communicate effectively with the Compliance team regarding export issues

Process shipments for LTL freight carriers, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and courier services

Maintain organized filing systems for both scanned and physical documents
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
