Shipping & Documentation Coordinator – Chestnut Ridge, NY (On-Site)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM | Full-Time | Contract to Hire
Salary Range: $23-$25 an hour

Our client is hiring a detail-oriented Shipping & Documentation Coordinator to join our team in Chestnut Ridge, NY. This is a computer-intensive role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone highly organized and eager to learn. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pack and box orders for both domestic and international shipments

  • Prepare shipments using our ERP system

  • Verify shipment data accuracy between sales orders and UPS Worldship

  • Generate and confirm export and domestic documentation

  • File EEI export entries via the ACE portal

  • Collaborate with the Order Management team on export processes and special requests

  • Communicate effectively with the Compliance team regarding export issues

  • Process shipments for LTL freight carriers, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and courier services

  • Maintain organized filing systems for both scanned and physical documents



Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
