We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys collaborating with Lead and Assistant Teachers
- Can provide flexible, reliable classroom support
- Supervises children indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Offers personalized attention and fosters an inclusive classroom environment
- Communicates openly with parents about children's progress and achievements
- Is excited to grow and advance within a supportive team
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required
- Genuine empathy and compassion for young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively with staff, children, and families
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
