**Position Summary:
** Responsible for supporting Corporate Executive (CEO/COO) with administrative tasks.
**

**Essential Functions:
**

Must be fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written).

Develop and prepare periodic (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually) internal reports that include company operations.

Conduct research and information gathering.

Liaise with CEO and Korean Corporate Headquarters and correspond with various requests and projects.

Perform translations/interpretations to CEO/COO, if necessary (to/from English to Korean). This includes reading and writing in both languages.

Required to manage schedules, meeting preparation, follow-up tasks, and travel arrangements for CEO/COO.

Handles a wide range of administrative and supports tasks.

Initiates and implements processes to manage projects.

Strong communication/interpersonal skills to work with various departments.

Requires use of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.

Use of MS Office software and office support equipment.
