• Generate new business through calls, networking, and referrals
• Meet with clients to assess needs and recommend coverage
• Quote, sell, and service insurance policies
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Learn daily agency operations and business management
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

• Motivated, goal-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license (we help you get licensed)
