Die Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Tool & Die Makers with die assembly, disassembly, and setup
• Clean, organize, and stage dies and components for build and tryout
• Support basic maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on dies
• Operate tool room equipment such as grinders, drills, and hand tools
• Handle materials and components using cranes, hi-lo, or other equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or tool room environment preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Experience reading basic blueprints is a plus
• Ability to lift and move tooling/components as needed
• Willingness to learn and grow within tool & die

Work Environment:

• Clean, organized manufacturing facility
• Hands-on, team-oriented environment

Die Maker

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support die builds alongside machining and engineering teams
• Assemble progressive, line, and transfer dies from start to finish
• Perform die tryouts and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate tool room equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Travel locally to customer sites for die buyoffs as needed

Work Environment:

• Clean, organized, and climate-controlled facility
• Focus on new build projects (no repair/production work)
