What You’ll Do:
As our Subway® Manager, you’ll lead the restaurant to success every day by:

Delivering an exceptional guest experience and ensuring fresh, high-quality food
-
Keeping the restaurant clean, functional, and welcoming
-
Recruiting, training, and rewarding top talent to build a strong, motivated team

Managing inventory, finances, and business records to drive sales

Leading local marketing, promotions, and community outreach

Promoting the restaurant to new guests and planning special events

Maintaining safety, security, and food quality standards

Setting the example as a team player and hands-on leader
What we’re looking for:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
-
1+ years of Subway experience, including supervising and training staff
-
Excellent communication skills to lead and inspire a team
-
Computer-savvy with POS system knowledge
Physical requirements:
This role is hands-on! You’ll be active in all areas of the restaurant: bending, standing, walking throughout the shift, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
