WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in similar work. ACAS or FCAS are required for this position.
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years of actuarial experience necessary. Experience working closely with business units and P&L management (rather than in a corporate role) would be highly preferred.

  • Entrepreneurial Drive / Intellectual Curiosity: Proven ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and demanding environment. Ability to look at standard actuarial challenges in novel ways.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to develop strategies informed by research, data, and industry trends.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • Career Growth: Collaborate with a high-energy, passionate team across all levels of the organization with opportunity for innovation and advancement.
  • Job Satisfaction: Lead meaningful work that directly impacts our market expansion and operational excellence.
