The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, familiar with QuickBooks Desktop, and capable of managing various administrative and bookkeeping tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and calendar activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee general office management tasks, including maintaining supplies and organizing workflows.
• Process invoices, write checks, and handle occasional banking errands.
• Perform light bookkeeping and accounting duties to support financial operations.
• Provide administrative support by answering calls, managing data entry, and assisting with receptionist duties.
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for financial record-keeping and related tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient property management.
• Maintain an organized workspace, adhering to business casual dress code.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and general technical aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Experience in handling invoices, checks, and basic bookkeeping responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills for answering calls and interacting with clients.
• Familiarity with property management tasks is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Orange, California.
• Demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
