Job Description

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to supplement our team. We have a large backlog of work and projects. This position would be a remote position.

Job Description:

Promote safe practices on the jobsite

Provide support to the foreman and his team

Monitor costs on the project, with projections of cost to completes

Monitor all plan changes to the project and process any changes to added scope

Maximize production and profits

Establish the initial project budgets and any change orders and their budgets

Buyout the project based on the estimate

Process monthly draws for your specific projects

Be the face of the company onsite, with general contractors, design teams, and suppliers

Experience:

Proven electrical project management experience

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with field personnel, office staff, customers, vendors, and owners.

Be a self-motivator, able to work from home and stay productive

Strong understanding of cost controlling as it relates to our field

Knowledgeable in Excel and Bluebeam

Possess the ability to structure an email that demonstrates your ability to present a problem along with the solution in a concise and professional manner

Proven ability to manage multiple projects

Ability to think proactively and anticipate potential problems, changes, etc. and provide solutions for them

Knowledge of estimating and that process (Accubid)

Be able to make project specific decisions and stand by those decisions
