Falcons Landing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional healthcare team serving retired military residents. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work in a premier Life Plan Community that values excellence, respect, and service.
Located in beautiful Loudoun County, just west of Washington, DC, Falcons Landing is a privately held, not-for-profit retirement community known for its high-quality care and supportive work environment. Our campus includes elegant residences and state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
️Position Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents across Skill Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care units
- Monitor patient health, administer medications, and document care accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Provide compassionate support to residents and their families
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Virginia
- 1-3 years of nursing experience preferred
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with PCC and electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
Schedule
- 12-hours shifts

- Day: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Rotating weekends required

- Competitive pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour (based on experience)

The original Board of Directors visited communities across the country to determine what would constitute the ideal retirement community. They secured financing, the perfect site, and commissioned the design and construction. Falcons Landing was completed in 1996 and the community is everything the Founders dreamed it would be... and more! We are proud to say we have been serving our residents for more than 27 years.
