Lead Teacher – BrightPath Kids | Western New York
Pay: $18.50–$20.50/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, no evenings or weekends | Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal
BrightPath Kids is growing and looking for Lead Teachers across Western NY locations. You'll design curriculum, partner with families, and make a lasting impact on children ages 6 weeks–12 years.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a classroom following NAEYC guidelines
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Create a warm, safe learning environment
- Build strong relationships with families through consistent communication
Requirements:
- CDA credential, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field — OR minimum 9 credit hours in ECE/related field
- 2+ years in a licensed childcare facility preferred
- Must meet NY State criteria for childcare employment
