Join our dynamic team in the Cable Cell area, where we are rapidly expanding and building cables from scratch. Work in a collaborative environment using the batching method, where tasks such as cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering are performed efficiently. Training is provided across all stations to ensure variety in your daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Build cables from scratch, involving tasks such as cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering.
- Rotate between different stations including cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering (once certified).
- Perform mechanical and electronic assembly tasks.
- Utilize hand tools, torque wrenches, and follow documentation and blueprints.
- Ensure high attention to detail in all tasks.
Essential Skills
- Experience in cable/wire assembly.
- Familiarity with soldering, ideally with IPC-610 or IPC-620 certification.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and documentation.
- Proficiency with hand tools and torque wrenches.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Certification in IPC-610 or IPC-620 is preferred.
- Experience in medical assembly is advantageous.

Work Environment
Enjoy working in a clean, comfortable, and well-lit facility. The environment is temperature-controlled and regulated, though not a clean room. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and a collared shirt. The current schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, with the possibility of Saturday work up to twice a month. Wearing an ESD smock is required, and headphones are allowed during work. However, strict guidelines on phone usage are in place.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
