WHAT'S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...

The Director, Brand Strategy & Integrated Planning will help shape the future of 7 Brew by driving the strategy, storytelling, and go-to-market execution behind some of the most exciting products, promotions, and cultural moments in QSR.


This role sits at the intersection of creativity, consumer insight, and operational excellence—bringing bold ideas to life while ensuring every campaign stays true to our energetic, kind, and fan-loved brand.

You'll be part strategist, part storyteller, and part conductor—connecting the dots across Creative, Digital, Operations, Loyalty, and Field teams to ensure our brand shows up consistently and powerfully. From product launches and national campaigns to in-store experiences, you'll help bring the spirit of 7 Brew to life across every touchpoint.

THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Support the development and evolution of 7 Brew's brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
  • Build integrated brand and promotional calendars that bring exciting moments to life throughout the year.
  • Translate consumer insights, market trends, and performance data into actionable strategies.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead cross-functional campaign planning for product launches, seasonal promotions, and key brand moments.
  • Partner closely with Creative and Digital teams to bring campaigns to life across social, email, web, in-store, paid media, and the drive-thru experience.
  • Develop clear, insight-driven briefs that inspire breakthrough creative

Product & Innovation Marketing

  • Collaborate with Product and Operations teams on new beverage launches and menu innovation
  • Assist in naming, positioning, and storytelling for new products.
  • Support testing, learning, and optimization for new product concepts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work alongside Operations, Field Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with Loyalty and CRM teams to amplify campaigns and deepen guest engagement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, production partners, and vendors as needed.

Insights, Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor brand health, consumer sentiment, and the competitive landscape
  • Analyze campaign results and share insights to inform ongoing optimization
  • Track KPIs across brand, digital, and promotional performance.

Brand Stewardship

  • Serve as a champion of the 7 Brew brand voice, personality, and creative standards.
  • Ensure every piece of communication reflects our culture of kindness, energy, and fun.
  • Help evolve brand guidelines and internal playbooks as the brand continues to grow.


MUST-HAVE INGREDIENT...

  • 3–6 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, QSR/retail marketing, or CPG brand roles.
  • Proven experience developing or supporting brand strategy, campaign development, and product marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including digital, social, in-store, and brand activation channels.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in QSR, beverage, retail, hospitality, or consumer lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking, analytics platforms, and consumer research tools is a plus.
  • Ability to relocate to Northwest Arkansas and travel as needed.
