Now Hiring – Construction Laborer & Construction Second / Crew Lead Outside Spaces NW | Family-Owned Construction Company Outside Spaces NW is a local, family-owned and operated construction company specializing in outdoor living spaces, custom interior renovations, and general construction. We’re growing and looking to add reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in their work and want to be part of a company that truly values its people. These are legitimate employee positions — not contract labor. All work is on the books, with taxes withheld and weekly pay. ️ Position 1: Construction Laborer (Entry-Level) Pay: $18.00/hour to start pay increase D.O.E Hours: Part-time, 25+ hours per week minimum Responsibilities & Physical Requirements: • Very physical, hands-on labor • Lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly • Digging, hauling, demolition, site prep & cleanup • Assisting skilled trades and crew leads • Use of basic hand and power tools • Working outdoors in varying weather conditions • Standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, repetitive motion • Comfortable around construction materials including concrete, lumber, dust, paints, epoxies, sealants, and chemical odors • Maintain a clean, safe jobsite Qualifications: • Some general construction experience or knowledge preferred • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team ️ Position 2: Construction Second / Potential Crew Lead Pay: $22.00/hour to start pay increase D.O.E Hours: Part-time, 30+ hours per week minimum This role is for someone with solid hands-on construction experience who can work independently, support the lead contractor, and potentially grow into a crew lead role. Responsibilities: • Perform and oversee general construction tasks • Assist with layout, measurements, and material planning • Lead laborers and maintain jobsite efficiency • Ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance • Communicate clearly with team members and management • Help keep projects on schedule Required Experience & Skills: • Proven experience in general construction, including exterior and/or interior work • Experience with decks, framing, stairs, railings, patios, remodels, or similar trades • Ability to read plans or follow detailed instructions • Strong problem-solving skills and jobsite awareness • Physically capable of all laborer duties listed above • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Leadership mindset and accountability
