We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tax Analyst to join our client’s dynamic global tax team. This position will play a key role in supporting international tax operations, including provision calculations, compliance, and planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, multinational environment. International tax experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and support quarterly ASC740 provision calculations for multiple foreign entities.

Assist in global consolidated provision and financial reporting processes, including calculating return-to-provision (RTP) adjustments, booking journal entries, reconciling balance sheets, and executing SOX controls.

Support the calculation and documentation of U.S. international tax provisions, including GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, FTC, and Pillar 2.

Contribute to international tax compliance and related reporting requirements.

Collaborate with the international tax planning team on various projects involving financings, restructurings, acquisitions, liquidations, and repatriations.

Partner with business units and corporate departments to gather and analyze relevant data.

Monitor and analyze global tax law changes on a quarterly basis.

Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and assist with tax technology initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.

Advanced degree (J.D., MS in Taxation) or CPA certification is preferred or in progress.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal income taxation, preferably with exposure to U.S. multinational corporations.

Familiarity with U.S. tax laws as applied to foreign operations is a plus.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with OneSource is preferred.

Ability to work effectively across functions, departments, and geographies.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills using evidence-based approaches.

High level of accountability and follow-through on commitments.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
