We are seeking an experienced Landscaping & Lawn Care Lead Driver to join our growing team. This is a full-time position for a dependable, skilled individual who can lead jobs in the field and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Pay
$24 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time hours
Opportunities for overtime during peak season
Responsibilities
Lead lawn care and landscaping crews on job sites
Safely operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
Perform mowing, trimming, edging, planting, mulch, and cleanups
Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Assist with training and guiding less experienced crew members
✅ Requirements
Prior landscaping / lawn care experience required
Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
Ability to tow and operate trailer setups
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Leadership or crew lead experience is a plus
