Compensation:
$120,000 + bonus - DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day team operations and pipeline flow
- Oversee sales performance and production accountability
- Respond to and triage executive-level communication
- Execute strategic projects from idea to completion
- Follow up on agent and builder relationships with the authority
- Act as a decision-maker in my absence
- Protect culture while increasing performance capacity
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Mortgage experience
- Ability to run LP and DU
- Positive, team player mindset
- Solution-oriented and able to take action when needed
- Encompass experience preferred but not required
- Solid knowledge and understanding of FHA\VA\USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC policies and guidelines
- Solid knowledge and understanding of mortgage loan processing, compliance, investor products, and underwriting guidelines
- Solid knowledge and understanding of processing and closing functions, and a general understanding of the entire real estate lending process
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Investor, FHA, and Fannie Mae guidelines
- Has deep mortgage and real estate knowledge
- Is already a strong closer and understands production environments
- Is calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced settings
- Can see a standard once and operate at that level
- Brings solutions, not problems
- Exercises sound judgment without constant oversight
- Has high emotional intelligence and zero ego
