Job Title: Sprayer (Metal Finishing)
Location: Eden Valley, MN
Pay: Starting at $17/hour with opportunities for higher pay based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses
Schedule:

Regular: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Overtime: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sprayer to join our metal finishing team. In this hands-on position, you will apply liquid coatings to metal parts using spray equipment in a manufacturing environment.
If you have spray gun or coating experience, that's great-but we're also willing to train someone eager to learn and build new skills.
What You'll Do

Apply coatings to metal parts using liquid spray equipment

Inspect parts to ensure proper coating coverage and finish

Follow work orders and job instructions

Use measuring tools such as viscosity cups, micrometers, and calipers

Maintain spray equipment and keep the work area clean

Work safely around coatings and chemicals

Support the production team and assist with other tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Spray gun or industrial coating experience preferred

Ability to read job instructions and basic blueprints

Basic computer skills
-
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
-
Standing for extended periods of time
-
Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 65 lbs)

Bending, twisting, reaching, and overhead lifting

Steel-toe boots required
