Reports to: General Manager
Job Summary: Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating operations and non-management personnel. Ensure adherence to Jabrewski's brand standards, employment policies, health and safety standards and financial performance.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
• Monitor all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure the quality of the product and guest services.
• Monitor job performance; food and labor costs, budgets, and sales; labor payroll sheets.
• Display good judgment.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional approach to coworkers and customers.
• Demonstrate coaching/counseling skills.
• Display a strong sense of urgency.
• Delegate and follow-up.
• Is approachable to team players.
• Embrace 100% responsibility.
• Relationship building.
• Ensure FOH execution of standards.
• 100% table visits - Effective resolution table visits
• Prioritize guest relations.
• Strong floor presence.
• Hold effective pre-shifts.
• Knowledgeable of all food specs.
• Complete a line/temp check.
