This full-time night shift position for a Registered Nurse in the Regional Float Pool involves providing nursing care across various hospitals in the St. Louis region. The role encompasses multiple specialties, including Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, and Labor & Delivery. Candidates should possess one to two years of recent bedside nursing experience, relevant certifications, and a valid nursing license. The Registered Nurse will apply theoretical knowledge to make informed decisions in practice, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating personalized nursing care in line with established nursing standards for adult and geriatric patients. The selected candidate will be required to report to facilities within the designated regional area of their home hospital. Specific facilities will be determined upon hiring, with approval from the leadership team.

- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract Required
- Base Pay: Based on Experience
- Plus: Regional Float Pool Perks and Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $4.60 for Nights, $1.50 for Weekends

Qualifications:
- Required Education:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Licensure:
- Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment, adhering to all state nursing board regulations.
- Required Experience:
- At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg.
- For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience is required.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic software
- Certifications (Required to Start):
- For Med/Surg and Behavioral Health - Basic Life Support (BLS)
- For Women's Health - BLS & Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- For Critical Care - BLS, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- For Emergency Department - BLS, ACLS, & Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and lifting of patients with assistance; ability to push, pull, or grip up to 50 pounds.
