Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support the Early Childhood program in a school setting located in Wyoming, Michigan. This position runs from April 13th through the end of the year and aims to make up for service gaps experienced in February and March. The role requires working three days a week, with no Fridays scheduled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students within the Early Childhood program.
• Perform evaluations as part of the Early Childhood multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate closely with other therapists and educators to design and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with educational staff and families.
• Support student development in the General Education Classroom (GEC) environment.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience providing OT services in school settings, particularly Early Childhood programs.
• Proficiency in conducting educational assessments and implementing evidence-based interventions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to supporting young learners developmental needs.
